Coachlight Bible Study – Revelation Chapter 20
The
Things Which Shall Be Hereafter – Part XVII
Thy Kingdom Come
We have seen the judgments of the Tribulation period. It was designed by God to bring Israel back
to Himself. When Christ returns to set
up His kingdom, He will gather scattered Israel and judge his people. The righteous will enter into the
kingdom.
The Kingdom is taught all through the Bible from the
Garden of Eden to the Book of Revelation.
In this study we will see the details concerning the government and
conditions of this kingdom. Christ is
the Promised King, but has been rejected by His people, even though before He
was born it was told to Mary:
Luke 1:30 And the angel said unto
her, Fear not, Mary: for thou hast found favour with
God.
Luke 1:31 And, behold, thou shalt conceive in thy womb, and bring forth a son, and shalt call his name JESUS.
Luke 1:32 He shall be great, and shall be called the Son of
the Highest: and the Lord God shall give unto him the throne of his father David:
Luke
Christ’s Kingdom will come, and His people will rule and
reign with Him on earth as was spelled out in Scripture all through the ages.

E. Daniel Taught When Israel Would Be Resurrected
Daniel 12:1 And at that time shall Michael stand up, the
great prince which standeth for the children of thy

delivered, every one that shall be found written in the book.
Daniel 12:2 And many of them that
sleep in the dust of the earth shall awake, some to everlasting life, and some

righteousness as the stars for ever and ever.
III. The First & Second Resurrections

resurrection.

saw him, and said unto him, Zacchaeus, make haste,
and come down; for to day I must abide at thy house.

and sent a message after him, saying, We will not have this man to reign over
us.

having received the kingdom, then he commanded these servants to be called unto

because thou art an austere man: thou takest up that
thou layedst not down, and reapest
that thou didst not sow.
Luke 19:22 And he saith
unto him, Out of thine own mouth will I judge
thee, thou wicked servant. Thou knewest that I was an
austere man, taking up that I laid not down, and reaping that I did not sow:
